SEDAR+ Profile Creation & Maintenance

We can establish and maintain SEDAR+ profiles for companies and their investors. We can help gather the right information and coordinate the completion of the required SEDAR+ legal forms including the Filing Agent Authorization Form and the Electronic Filer Agreement.

SEDAR+ Filings

We can help draft, review, and file documents on SEDAR+, and with securities commissions as required, including: exempt distribution reports, press releases, material change reports, alternative monthly reports, early warning reports, and other continuous disclosure documents; offering memorandums, proxy circulars, and other shareholder meeting materials.

SEDI Profile Creation & Maintenance

We can set up and maintain profiles on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) for directors, officers and other reporting insiders through our SEDI agent account.

SEDI Filings

We can complete all required filings on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI), including changes to security holdings and issuer events.
