Andrea is an accomplished corporate and securities lawyer with an emphasis on M&A and financing transactions. Her advice combines her Bay Street legal training with a hospitality-style client service mentality. She guides clients through all aspects of domestic and international transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, equity and debt financings, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
Collaborative and curious, Andrea takes pride in finding deal-oriented solutions and capturing them clearly and simply. She brings a high level of warmth and sincere enthusiasm to her work, and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients.
Andrea has been recognized by the 2025 Edition of the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a Lawyer to Watch (Corporate & Finance), and is a frequent guest lecturer, including to Masters law students at the University of Toronto and her own alma mater, Osgoode Hall, from which she graduated in the top 3% of her class.
She commutes to the office every day on her adventure motorcycle.
