Andrew is a law clerk with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate filings.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Governance from Hong Kong and is a Chartered Secretary in Hong Kong. He later became an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. Andrew specializes in entity formation, maintaining minute books, and drafting resolutions, agreements, and other statutory documents for corporations.
Beyond work, he enjoys photography, hiking, and snowboarding, often capturing scenic landscapes during his outdoor adventures.
