As Managing Director of SkyLaw, Esta leads the firm’s strategic growth. Esta is involved in all aspects of the organization, and is the primary point of contact for many of SkyLaw’s clients.
Esta brings over 8 years of experience as a law clerk at SkyLaw to her role as Head of Corporate and Transaction Services. She provides seamless corporate and transactional services to clients across diverse sectors. Under Esta’s leadership, SkyLaw’s corporate services group has grown significantly and provides comprehensive entity management services to a wide range of clients, from emerging businesses to multinational corporations. Esta also is the project manager for many of SkyLaw’s transactions, including tax reorganizations, securities transactions and cross-border M&A transactions.
Known for a collaborative leadership style, extraordinary attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, Esta and the corporate services team drive the execution of incorporations, amalgamations, limited partnership formations, corporate reorganizations, and more. Esta is passionate about client success and fostering long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and tailored solutions.
In her free time, Esta enjoys travelling the world. Her travels have taken her as far as Thailand to feed elephants, walk in caves and binge Pad Thai with an all-female group from around the world.
Obtained a B.A. (Honours) in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Carleton University
Obtained a Law Clerk Diploma from Centennial College and joined the SkyLaw Team as a Law Clerk
Completed the ILCO Securities Fellowship Certificate
Attended the Raptors' Championship Parade
Earned the title of Senior Law Clerk at SkyLaw
