Gabriel joined SkyLaw in 2025 and maintains a broad corporate and securities law practice. He articled at a prominent Bay Street law firm, where he gained experience in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, and securities matters.
After articling, he worked in-house at a venture capital firm where he assisted on various corporate matters including structuring special purpose vehicles for early-stage investments and providing operational support for portfolio companies. His experience spans advising both emerging companies and established businesses through various stages of growth.
Gabriel was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2025 and holds a dual JD/HBA degree from Western University’s Faculty of Law and the Ivey Business School, where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List and earned the Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt Excellence in Business Law Award. In his spare time, Gabriel enjoys golfing, travelling, and working out.
