Jen has been a cornerstone of the SkyLaw team since she joined in 2012. As a foundational member of the firm, she has helped to shape SkyLaw's growth and culture over the past decade. Jen has led the firm through major office moves and expansions, supported the onboarding of multiple new team members, and played a key role in the evolution of SkyLaw's brand.
In her role as Director of Operations & Finance, Jen is responsible for managing the firm's finances, as well as overseeing aspects of the firm's operational functions, including administration, human resources, information technology, and business development initiatives. Her leadership in developing internal policies, procedures, projects and plans, has contributed significantly to SkyLaw's efficiency and success over the years.
Outside of the office, Jen is deeply involved in the community. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Visual Arts Centre of Clarington and volunteers as a Unit Assistant for Girl Guides of Canada.
Jen has a passion for art and design. In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums and galleries, taking photographs, and spending quality time with her family.
