
Kevin is a senior corporate and securities lawyer with over 25 years of experience practicing in Toronto, New York and Australia. Kevin has led countless corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and joint ventures. He also has significant experience providing companies, founders and boards with strategic advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Kevin was a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP for over 5 years where he had a broad corporate practice and represented a number of foreign companies making acquisitions in Canada. Prior to joining Davies, he practiced with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP for over 5 years in New York and Sydney, Australia and clerked for Justice Ian Binnie at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kevin launched SkyLaw in 2010. As an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience running a successful enterprise, Kevin has gained valuable insight and provides sage advice to SkyLaw clients at all stages of their business.
